There’s not actually too much new in my kitchen in February – given that I was away on my holidays for half the month! I spotted some LEON recipe books in TK Maxx that I couldn’t resist – I love the ethos and branding of their simple yet nutritious cookery books and restaurants. I already had the Breakfast and Brunch book and I’m looking forward to trying out some new recipes!
I eagerly picked up a couple more cookery books (for free!) at the recent “Cooking to Save money and waste” course I attended last month. I’m looking forward to sharing some tips from these books with you!
A very exciting (and brief!) addition to my kitchen was some Maple Moose Butter, kindly sent for me to review. Used up very quickly in my blueberry maple cookies, and an orange maple loaf cake, I only wish I had some leftover to spread on some toast!
