S(o)uper season continues with a spicy dahl, provided via the New Covent Garden website – purveyor of a massive and delicious soup range! This recipe makes a good 4-6 servings (depending on the level of hunger!) of a thick, stewy soup, and this is becoming a firm favourite in the Barrie household.
Some minor changes:
We only have mild chilli powder, so we used that (so maybe add more than a teaspoon, if you like your spice!)
This time, we used frozen spinach – but would definitely advocate using fresh!
